Exceptions:
- Lost in transit: Contact within 30 days — possible replacement or store credit.
- Wrong/Not-as-described: Contact within 5 days with photos — possible replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
- Damaged on arrival: Contact within 7 days with photos — possible replacement or store credit.
Cash refunds are rare and issued at our discretion.
